The service from this company was outstanding. I was in desperate need of live mealworms to feed a wild baby bird and there was no stock available in Cape Town, but Kevin from the Silkworm shop in Jo'berg was amazing. He organised overnight delivery for me of 1000 worms, and even kindly donated a few batches of extra small worms to help the baby bird learn to feed. The website was easy to use for my online purchase and the prices are very reasonable. The mealworms all arrived safely via the courier very speedily and were all still alive in good condition.I highly recommend this company for their friendly, helpful and efficient service. Wow, what an incredible shop. I have 3 mice that I have been struggling to find supplies for. Specific products I have been searching for, for months Silkworm Shop has in stock. I am very pleased with this shop, and I will definitely be buying from here again soon. It is such an easy website to navigate. Kevin was so helpful and friendly, definitely a breath of fresh air.
