Ram Hand To Hand Couriers

Do not use this courier service!! Absolutely pathetic!! They were suppose to deliver my parcel 4 days ago and then claim to deliver the next day, then the next day and the next day and nothing!!!

RAM courier service is supposed to advise prior to delivering a vodacom package. But the drivers decide to rather phone at the exact minute they arrive at the address. Like people sit around with nothing else to do but wait for RAM. I will not use this service if they cant even do a simple thing like arrange a timeslot prior.

If there was 0 rating that’s what you guys would get .I paid in getting my package sent that side but it was not delivered. You deliberately marked the package as delivered and yet when I call you say car was hijacked. I will work hard now to make sure even my friends do not use you guys. Because that package I was sending is worth a lot of money. Thank you

I want to put 0 stars. They are an absolute disaster. they are not synchronised. the drivers are doing their own thing, their so called control" is doing its own thing. it is a nightmare. each time you call them you have to talk to a different agent who has no history or idea what you spoke about with the other agent because they do not capture anything in their systems."

they took money and never collected my parcel. Their staff lies when you phone theit office.

Please kindly request Identification or call to confirm when handing out a package especially to someone who is not the owner of the package. Ram decided to give some lady my package on the street, this is after I went outside to check where they are since they said they are outside. They decided to leave the company I was at and went to some lady that was just standing on the street had I not chased after the car my expansive package could have just been given to some random lady on the street and knowing how people are she was just gonna keep it, as she even decided to still accept the package even though she read the name and saw it was not hers. So unprofessional Ram, I am so disappointed.

So very impressed by the speed and value of this service. I suppose in this type of service, people only complain when there is a problem...hence the scores. I'm very happy to report a friendly, professional, pleasant experience at a very, very acceptable price. (We are tricky to find, but communication was great). I am glad to recommend, and will happily use them again. Well done

These are the most useless people ever. I spend allot of money on thus company. The service is uselsess. They never call you back when you lodge a urgent ticket. Wasting allot of money calling them trying to resolve and issuem ni one seems to know what they are doing. Also managers are never available. Will never use them again!!!!!!!

The most useless courier service in South Africa. Avoid them at all costs. Always ensure which courier service a merchant uses and if its RAM, shop somewhere else. They will not show up to deliver or call to conform yet flag and sms you tgat delivery was unsuccessful.

Booked a collection via Bobgo 20 hours ago, they still have not collected it. Never using them again. Better to pay more for better service. They also never answer calls
