I had my vehicle serviced in October. I was charged R2300 for four NGK Iridium spark plugs. I checked online to find they retail at Makro for R1455. I queried this with Faye and emailed Hubert twice, but no reply.Given that Motus get a trade discount the mark up on the spark plugs is nauseating.I suggest getting a quote before servicing and perhaps source the parts yourself to avoid getting ripped off.

pathetic AFTER SALE service. I bought a car 4 months ago which conveniently now needs to have a clutch replaced on my WARRANTY! my car is sitting in their workshop for 2 weeks and no one has the decency to call me and update me accordingly. i asked about a courtesy car as this car is from their floor as they were happy to make the sale when they wanted my money butnow they dont give courtesy cars for clutch replacements. The used car Manager Wayven or something to that effect has no customer service ettiquette at all!!! Their after sale service is pathetic and i wouldnt recomend using them! their workshop manager Mahen also never returns my calls and makes promises to upadate me and then never does. the amount of money i have spent to call them, request feedback, get around is just not worth any car of their floor! wouldnt send my worse enemy to this place! God forbid you have a issue with your car then your literrally screwed!

Wow! What a refreshing experience with James Baker and Lizebelle van der Walt (and Siya in training) when we purchased a used vehicle! End-to-end seamless and professional service delivery! Blown away! One would think that sort of service level should be standard, but the guys at Motus Select Tokai have really raised the bar!

Very poor after sales service in the used car division.The used car sales representative and his superior over promised and under delivered on the cars snag " list. Certain areas that I had brought up in my emails were addressed.The one area that has not been addressed in a correct fashion has still not been sorted out despite phone calls and visiting the dealership personally. The outcome of this was " I will speak to my superior and get back to you ASAP" this was 2 weeks ago and have not heard any outcome as yet.The dealership needs an independent trained customer care agent who follows up after a sale of a motor vehicle to rectify any issues that arise and are dealt with promptly in a fair and honest manner."
