Here's is to the world's most terrible consultant; Shudonn AbrahamsThis has to be the most incompetent agent in the history of agents in telecommunication.In February 2023, I took iPhone 14 Promax on contract and am still shocked by the services this man gave me. He treated me like a second classes citizen, as if he was doing me a favour. With his stinky attitude, he still got the documentation incorrectly.- Firstly, the physical address on my contract is incorrectbecause he made me sign a contract that I didn't even see because he had said the screens at the store were not working.- Second, after printing the document, he placed it in the bag, refusing to take me through it. Upon reading the documents, I realised he had ticked all the boxes on the Instore checklist" as though he had explained the items. I confronted him about this

Most unhelpful and unfriendly staff, we have a contract with Telkom, we upgraded our contract and the system was down when we asked for a sim swop, we came in later to do the sim swop, they requested proof of address and identification, we provided them with our lease agreement and my husbands drivers license (which he used to take out the contract initially) but for some reason they wouldn’t accept it as it was not his actual Id….We left and went to the other Telkom store in the mall and they accepted his driver’s as proof of identity ,so I do not know if they were just plain lazy or incompetent to assist us, will not recommend or return to this shop again. Rather go to the main shop in canal walk, they are much more helpful and friendly, it is a pleasure using them.

Totally unprofessional conduct by host. Busy engaging with me and then just speak to another customer leaving me hanging mid sentence. Still waiting for apology.

The young lady, Annastasia, was an ABSOLOUT pleasure to deal with. She was knowledgeable, polite and a true sales person. She upsold me on a product I had no intention on settling on. She set up the deal and I was on my way within minutes of the sale. Been with vodacom for 26 years. Now Telkom has my business if they continue to hire quality sales people. 6 out of 5 stars!

Joshua gave us amazing service. Very much attention to detail and professional. He knows his craft and he definitely made the experience worth while. The day before I visited the alternative telkom store close to primi in canal walk and the service was atrocious.We need more guys like Joshua who's makes great service the standard.

Great staff and customer care. Got attended to by Sipho. Lovely fella. Gave me great details about the Samsung S23 ultra. Was initially going for a mid rangee but now I'm hooked. Thanx for excellent service Sipho
