Staff was helpful. Not overly friendly and unfortunately when comparing prices they lost the sale. Also no workshop it seems. Battery and alternator charging rates checked in the parking lot.

This is the best Battery Centre i have ever been to! Received the best customer experience and car batter when I needed help the most. They did not take advantage of me because i am a woman, in fact they went out of their way to help me. Angels are truly found in the most unsuspected places! This is my new car battery home, and im not looking back. Thank you Luwellyn and the team.

Bought two batteries this year. First one lasted 5 months and when I went back they did not want to honor the warranty. Only after a big fight it was replaced. Now the second one also us after about the same time span. Two days on a C-tek and it does not take a charge. Fight all over again.

As I experienced problems with my car battery, I decided to go to Battery Centre as they offer expert advice. What was my disappointment when I only got some vague answers and no expert advice. I am still not sure if my problem is resolved. When offered my credit card to pay, I was told that I can't pay whith it, but to withdraw cash at the ATM close by.
