For the sake of ourselves as well as for that of our children..Parents, whether HE/SHE doesn't want come back anymore. It's over and done with.Focus on the best interest of the children and do what's best for them. There is no greater reward in taking care of others. Super professional service, amazing people who are friendly and helpful. They have a massive responsibility and lots of work, so obviously it takes time so don't expect everything to go according to your schedule, but they live out their values.

I am not sure how your Site C branch operates and what is going on there, but whatever it is please sort it out because it's unbecoming for an organisation of your stature and responsibility to just negate duties and be lax about services you're providing because you're aware that there's a shortage of institutions that do what you do.The work you do is crucial - however, I don't think the staff at your Site C Branch understand this.No communication, updates, feedback or courtesy whatsoever - they just accept whatever they are told by government departments without investigating the true nature of what may be happening in a family.Please, sort this branch out.

Worst possible service waiting for 5 years for assistance every time I go there they cant find the file and they never ever call back
