Been visiting this salon for 4 years now for hair straightening and herbal henna and always had a great service. Wakana is very professional and friendly too.

First time visiting this place and Kosuke did an amazing Job. My fringe and hair color is on point and I love it. The salon is also clean and spacious and clients are well taken care too. I'll surely come and visit this salon again in the future.

My review focuses on the experience of someone with curly hair and has looked around for a long time to find someone who will cut curly hair well.This salon offers dry cuts, which is a godsend for people who don't have straight hair. While the salon doesn't specialise in curly hair, I've had two very good cuts coming to this salon and I highly recommend it.My hairdresser was Kai. She's lovely. She's friendly, quick and very good at her job. I told her what I wanted, she gave me advice to improve the cut and I walked out with exactly what I wanted.My advice for people with curly hair is to give it a gentle brush right before you go in, to turn your ringlets into waves. This isn't a curl by curl salon (not that I've ever been to one). Be specific about what you want and you'll get it.The salon is very well located and surprisingly spacious given that it's in the CBD. Their prices are beyond fair and affordable. The salon also has a loyalty card, which is nice! Highly recommend them.

I have done permanent hair straightening from Planet 2 or 3 times and waiting to visit again . Apreciate their amazing job, friendly staff, cleanliness and also reasonable prices.❤️

Great experience, I got Digital Perm for my hair. Didn't have to wait long for my turn as as soon as I arrived, Kai already started providing her service. Everyone was really friendly, especially Kai. She listened to what I want and gave me really helpful suggestions. My overall experience was wonderful and I love my new look. Definitely will come back again.

By far the WORST hair straightening experience I have ever had. I have been getting my hair chemically straightened for 15 years and I have never had any issues and this was the worst salon I have ever been to. Not only did they severely damage my hair (which has never happened to me) but the straightening they did also DID NOT work (which also has never happened to me). In addition to this, rather then trying to come to a solution with me and offer to fix my hair, they refused to fix my hair and made me pay the full amount for a service that did not work. DO NOT GO here!

I have seen Kosuke twice now and both times have been outstanding. Kosuke did amazing work with my haircut. My hair is thick and Kosuke added layers so it is now feeling much lighter, healthier and fresh. Amazing hairdresser!!
