I can only compliment Ryan (the pre-owned vehicles sales manager) and Sizwe (sales person) on their customer focused attitude. Despite there being some things to address on the pre-owned vehicle I bought from them - they have been fair, courteous and professional in ensuring it gets sorted.

They need to improve on their customer services! They need to learn a lot over service experience that they provide us, never been ever happy and I know for a fact nobody has ever been satisfied from Ronnie's Motors. Been a customer, but never have a been kept satisfied, as one should have been!

Worst service since I bought my car. They don't communicate at all, no updates on the service and they never give the car back on time. For the last service I went to, they confirmed the service via sms and when I got there - they had a story about the 'part' no being available thus resulting in a NO SERVICE. Still waiting for them to call to rebook since then (two weeks later).

Less than 1 star...is it possible...It is at incompetent Ronnies Motors Beacon Bay.Trying to book a service (sic) for my vehicle is impossible. I have now called 4 x and been on hold for over 10 min. Seriously poor administration. I have already purchased 4 Jeeps and have never had this shoddy unprofessional service. I was promsed someone would call me in 30 minutes, yet 6 hours I am still waiting.Perhaps I will actually go in personally to make a service booking.I did make a service appointment in person, only to be told 4 hours after dropping my car off that they can't service it because they don't have the parts and oil. What a total waste of time....this now the 2nd time....and these are the agents who sell you the vehicle with a service plan, which you can't use, as they forgot to order the parts for a 20,000km service.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend Erica Radloff and Ronnies Motors highly enough. Erica was amazing. Her communication throughout the buying process was impeccable. Friendly, professional, effective and efficient. Buying a car sight unseen is extremely stressful, especially if you are based in another City, but she made this entire process seamless and you never doubted their integrity. Her after sales care was definitely refreshing. You can't go wrong purchasing from Ronnies and dealing with Erica. Once again - thank you. Wishing you and the dealership all that is good!

Extremely efficient service. I took my car in at 7am and it was ready for collection by 9 (I had pleaded with them for 10h30). Their shuttle service is also quite efficient. They dropped me off in the morning and picked me up again to collect my car.

The words thank you for great service seems to be an understatement for the excellent service we recieved from the workshop foreman, the service advisor, the friendly ladies at the front desk and technician who brought me water incase my vehicle had a problem on the road. Thank you Ronnie's Motors service department for helping my wife and I in our time of need.
