Other than moving the products around so much that you have to keep looking for what you want, it is a great store. Friendly staff are always ready to help and prices that are very affordable.

Its my 2nd time buying parrot food from the store and the sealed packet is full of weebles. The first time i reported it there was no sorry nothing today i went back to buy a packet as i was in need for it . i called the guy on the floor and told the cashier there is weebles on the shelf he told me he dont see it . i bought the bag left it sealed in their own carry bags . to my surprise the packet have webles in. Im not to happy at all. Would any one feed this to their feather children. Km beyond dissapointed

Great store with great prices and helpful staff. Coming to assist and guide you around store if need be. Stock is good and prices too. Royal Canin is stocked here too. They have toys, to good, to housing of many pets as well as a mini medication section

Great friendly service. Popped in just before closing on Sunday and was very pleasantly shown beds for my dad's doggies from a vast selection. I could see from my brief visit they seem to have loads of products in a very tidy shopping space with items well displayed. I would be back again if I lived here, but will recommend instead.

What a lovely pet accessory store. A wide selection of doggy and kitty beds, toys, treats etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The products are of a superior quality. I will absolutely return to this store.

Great store. There is a skinny tall man who is so friendly and so knowledgeable. He give you time to explain your needs and always has good advice. And he remembers the customers, carries heavy bags of dog food to your car. A real asset to your store.
