We recently purchased a rainwater tank from Rototank, and are extremely satisfied with our purchase. Although they don't offer installation services, the tank itself is of high quality and exactly what we needed. The ordering process was easy, and the delivery was prompt and efficient.I want to give a special shoutout to Andre who personally delivered our tank on time. He was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. Overall, I highly recommend Rototank for anyone in the market for a reliable and durable rainwater tank!

I haven't experienced such poor customer service for some time now, unless it was a govt dept. Purchased a 5000l tank (green) on Wednesday, along with two first flush and leaf catcher systems. Paid and told delivery scheduled for Friday. Come Friday no delivery so I contacted Roto Tank only to be told that delivery would be on Monday due to some delivery issues. I said okay, but it had to be Monday as it was scheduled to be plumbed in to my house on that day. Come Monday, no delivery and once again I had to phone to find out what was the problem. Given another excuse and told delivery would be on Tuesday and I would be contacted in the morning to confirm delivery time. Sure as nuts, no call and no delivery. Late in the afternoon I receive a call from the factory regarding my first flush systems which, unknown to me, hadn't been manufactured yet. It's now Wednesday - let's see what today brings.

Roto Tank's service are extremely bad and if i could rate it a 0 I would. I went on to their page for prices and used the Whatapp services and explained my needs with in 5 min i got a reply asking me my area and email adress I never got a reply via email Whatsapp or a call. Almost 2 h later I sent a whatsapp saying please don't reply any more because if this is the service one get you don't need my business. With in 15 min I reserved a massage and a call André is your contact and a sms that he called me. You are welcome to to come and check my phone and see no contact was made before my Whatsapp. Guys rather support African Tank's their services is great ..
