Dr.Illos is a great doctor, kind, attentive and always willing to help solve any issues you're experiencing.Dr. Hingle who has also joined the practice is so sweet and warm that you feel comfortable with her. Both of them take their jobs seriously and take great care of any patients they have.Their receptionist, Ofentse, is also complete gem!

GP seems to think the fact that I once was a patient, under a previous doctor, he has the right to spam me. In contravention of the CPA, ECA, and PoPIA. Refuses to stop sending unwanted messages.1. Spam: irrelevant or unsolicited messages sent over the internet, typically to a large number of users, for the purposes of advertising, phishing, spreading malware, etc. That, honey, is what you are doing2. Your receptionist told me you only need to keep details for five years. I was last there six+ years ago. Check your facts3. Your database issues are not my problem4. You are in contravention of the law by not using a WASP, which provides opt-out and abuse mechanism reporting. Are you above the law, Dr?5. Either email me my files or send to my new GP and remove me of your database. I'm quite certain you have my email

He assumed that I knew about extra charges added onto my name without him informing me. When I confronted him about the charges which put me in debt he told me it wasn’t his problem because he “ASSUMED” that I knew. he told me to leave his office and that I’m not welcome there anymore because I said I’d write a review. The other staff was very helpful in trying to deal with the situation but he completely disregarded my concerns.

Dr Illos is a gem, went to him for the first time this week and I have found my new family doctor :) he was caring and gentle. If you're looking for a doctor that makes you feel safe, Dr Illos is your guy! :)

Not your run of the mill GP, excellent at getting medicines correct! He is almost like a physician. Strongly recommend

Dr Illos is a wonderfully thorough doctor who, in my opinion, goes above and beyond the usual scope of his contemporaries. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Illos has been my GP for 2 decades, also treating my staff and friends whom I've referred. He has an intuitive sense of what's wrong, a healing gift above and beyond medical training. He is scrupulously honest and expects the same of his patients. He doesn't pander to hyperchondriacs nor does he suffer fools. That said, he is deeply kind when faced with suffering. I trust him implicitly.

Since Dr Claire has left and David has taken over the practice, there has been a massive drop in quality and service. Clair built a family practice that has now turned into a pure money making opportunity. IMHO, David Illos is the WORST doctor I have visited in my entire life! Don't expect to be warmly welcomed. Take my advice; get another doctor.

David Illos is an impeccable doctor. He has an empathy for his patients as well as in depth and current understanding of all medicines.He is excellent at diagnosis and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. The practice is bright and fresh.Try it.
