Poor service delivery they start working at 9 n stop working at 12 and people have to que until 15:30 I don't know if it's a policy that they have to assist 15 people a day, and they even mentioned that they do not care how long one has to stand they have to rest too

Absolutely terrible! Stood in the queue for 5 hrs in the sun, with it moving up one space every 2 hrs. Still didn't get my I.D.

Not open still at 09h30, when their normal time is 08h00. They apparently have a meeting on the last Wednesday of the month but there was no sign. Someone did come out and tell us at 08h15 that the meeting would end at 09h00 - still waiting - and probably won't be going in for a while.If I could give 0 stars I would!

Severely disappointing service (actually no service). Technology should make it possible for us professionals focused on service delivery to make this whole fruitless experience worth something. Where is Plan B????
