Best service from the owner Mr Ismail. Called him early the morning for material and he delivered within the hour. Top service! Excellent advice too with regards to interior designs.

The staff is warm, friendly and very helpful. And it doesn't hurt that the owners also own the King Pie next door. You can literally eat your burger pie while waiting for your keys to get cut. Which is also something they do at Builder's City, key cutting. Let's not forget how affordable they are. For all your electrical needs... Ask for Baqir, tell him Nasheeta sent you :)

When you treat people bad because you think the world cant see, then i guess reviews informs the masses..I Bought a pitchfork from this shop, the very same day i used it, IT bent. i tried to return the item, they asked for an receipt, i returned with the receipt which they issued at the time, it read Spade.at the end of the day, they refused to refund me, why would i want a low quality product that's bound to broke again...Anyway, i support small businesses, but for you guys? i drive right past these guys to builders warehouse.. you should have confidence in the products you sell, maybe cheap Chinese products..

My bathroom has clear glass windows. For added privacy but sufficient light. I had opted to frost the glass using this spray on glass frosting. So on the 2nd of June 2022, I bought a can at Builders City. Went on perfectly. To ensure even coverage, I did 4 coatings. The very next day, this disaster awaited me before breakfast. This wasn't much of a problem, as I could always just find another solution to the problem. The can was only R55 after all. The problem though, is when this got highlighted to the staff of Builder's City. We were matched with bitter vitriol and shocking belligerence. The loss of a R55 is nothing compared to the condescending abuse dished out at us by the staff. I'll ALWAYS support local enterprise but not this one anymore. Vile little business with awful personnel. Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!!

I went to cut 3 keys for work. It didn't fit the ¹st time. I went back it was filed and didn't fit again. Then I didn't have transport again to went back. I called and the refused to assist me by fetching the 10min from the store in Pinelands to fix the problem. Disappointing service
