Woolworths Paarl Mall recently topped all my expectations when one of their staff, Craig, went over and above and the extra mile to find me an item that i so desperately wanted, but was no longer available online. Kudos to Woollies Paarl Mall. Exceptional Service

Very frequent client. Whilst the expierience is mostly good, two things have become bugbears.A lot of times the sell by date os either same day - and i dont wear my glasses all the time and have regretably been caught a couple of times.The pay points are almost allways understaffed. No system in place to check resources and client volumes.Dont think they really care - there are no real alternatives
