Ordered online for delivery. Phoned after an hour to query where the delivery was. They said order not reciebed. Unwilling to help even though my order was placed within the correct time frame for delivery. Didn't bother to investigate why their online orders were not being received in the store. Bad service. Why offer the option to order online if you cannot deliver? Especially in a time of covid where delivery has become one of the best options to stay safe?

Extremely good quality seafood ad decent prices, this franchise has really impressed me recently. The new prawn and onion rings burger is a winner and a must-try. Doesn't get 5 stars because the wait about double the time communicated to you by the staff.

Placed an order on the app for a large hake and rice. By the time I walked into the store the food was ready and waiting there. Lady at the counter was friendly and double checked that everything I ordered was in the bag. Food was also tasty and still hot by the time I got home. Fast and efficient service. Will definitely order here again.

I didn't like the service, because I placed my order It took a long time to deliver order to my table. The came without food to check a slip and she said that she didn't saw me but I don't know how
