Ride Advice

I purchased side-load bottle cages and required a bracket to lower one cage as it was clashing with my frame bag. Steve went out of his way and took measurements, made the bracket, and fitted it. Really pleased with the result and service.

Great service - always super patient and incredibly helpful. Popped in yesterday to get some help with a bike flat and they took me through the whole process and gave me hints along the way to help me out. All the team have helped me over the last 18months and they’ve all been consistently brilliant. The mate at the workshop was really helpful and kind. I've got my escooter clamp-nut striped and need a replacement. Although he didn't charge me a single cents for the used nut, I really appreciate his kindness and help. This is what we call customers service and great support to all of us on two wheels when we needed most. A BIG THANK YOU!!

I bought a 2016 Specialized Diverge X1 on clearance from these guys this spring. I had intended to buy it when I was home in the States for the summer, thinking it would be cheaper there, but Ride Advice gave me a WAY better deal than anything I could find online in the U.S. I bought a Scicon 3.0 case from them at the same time (which I'm thrilled with). Most of this was arranged via email from Singapore and Paul was very communicative about different options. Not only that but the day I walked in the door to pick up the bike, he informed me that there was an additional discount from Specialized--I paid cash and he could easily have kept that under his hat and pocketed the difference. I'm thoroughly happy with the experience and loving my new ride.

Big shout out to the team at Ride Advice, amazing customer service and knowledge, which was happily shared so I know what to check in future. They looked at my bike and fixed the issue I had on the spot, as well as making a couple of other minor adjustments for issues I didn't even know I had! Highly recommend heading to Ride Advice, I will definitely be returning for my cycling needs.

Ride Advice prepared and delivered my insurance replacement bike, a beautiful Kona Sutra with all the touring gear. I have been back twice here twice so far after shopping around for accessories. Cyclists in Perth are very fortunate to have three very good bicycle shops all in this part of town.
