Charged me for new rods that didn't fix problem, when they came back said it was a sensor and wanted another $175 after was already charged over $400. Offered to give rods back for refund just on rods and they refused

Have used Ed The Fridge Man a few years ago and was very happy with the service. Called them this morning and had a technician Daniel come out this afternoon. He called me when he was on his way which was great. He had a look and knew what the problem was and all fixed within 10 minutes. He was very professional and polite so one very happy customer. Would definitely recommend them.

Ed the Fridge Man to the rescue!! Yesterday our freezer died and I emailed requesting if someone could come take a look, this morning I had a response back, technician Dan came out and freezer is fixed!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Honestly 1000% can recommend this company for repairs, they are professional, polite, prompt, reasonably priced and really hope they stick around after 20 years of being a family run biz, we need more good service companies like these!
