My son's car was taken to them by our insurance company.After 5 weeks wait and repeated calls we were asked to collect the vehicle. Myself and my son drove from Ballito over 50 kilometres and waited there to be told that they discovered more problems with the steering mechanism, so the car had to be kept for more days to finish the job. 4 days later when the car was ready they said they can deliver it as long as we put petrol in it for the delivery, When they delivered they insisted I must pay 100 rand for the fuel they paid,they never refunded us for going all the way to them and back and waisted 4 hours to be told the vehicle is not ready. By the way I phoned them about items missing from the boot, they said they have them and they will deliver them, two weeks later I am still waiting for the delivery.
