This is a very advanced aged home that has a hospital section. The care in the hospital section is up to standard with the staff being very professional. The other section where rooms are shared needs attention. The rooms are not up to standard ad well as the beds. If tvs can be installed to keep the old iccupied and entertsined. Loosing items is a very big problem that can be solved by installing cameras.

Elderly not properly looked after, not cleaned and dirty. Personal property is stolen. Staff swearing at elderly telling them they are worthless. .

Worst place ever. Complied with marking clothes as per rules. Why? It does not help whatsoever as clothes keep on getting lost never to be seen again. The same goes for wheelchairs being marked but not used for the owner. The old people beg their family to not complain due to the even worse treatment thereafter. When will visiting hours go back to pre-covid. Surely it is high time for at least some adjustment. Food leaves a lot to be desired. Dry bread for supper!!. No wonder most of these old people suffer from malnutrition and even dehydration as nobody makes sure they eat and drink when they are frail. This is disguting treatment!!!
