Engen Highveld 1 Stop West

Palesa assisted me here this morning. Always try and stop here if hungry because the service is usually excellent and the food tasty. Today was no different, thanks Palesa and Wimpy!

Stopped at 5:30 to grab a coffee since I hadn't had any. Wimpy wasn't open so I opted for coffee from their machine at an unbelievable price of R30 for what is 250ml. Now I know it's about the convenience at that time of the morning but I hate feeling like I have been ripped off!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received during my recent visit to your Engen Garage. From the moment I pulled up to the pump, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive member of your staff who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.Not only did they quickly and efficiently fill my car with fuel, but they also checked my oil and tire pressure without me even asking, which was a really nice touch.In addition to the outstanding service I received, I also noticed how clean and well-maintained your facilities were. It's clear that you take pride in your establishment, and it shows.I just wanted to say thank you to Mmaphuti for making my experience at your Engender Garage a positive one. It's rare to encounter such great customer service these days, and it's much appreciated.

Need more card machines at the petrol pumps, there are 12 pumps, few card machines,leaving attendants scrambling around for machines while the customers wait especially during peak hour service. Things are extremely expensive in the shop too. Not a recommended stop. Only stop here during peak hour if you aren't going to make it to another petrol station.

I would've loved to rate and review more than just their service, however they were too slow to assist me, before I decided to leave.I arrived while every pump was occupied by at least one car, at about 3 or 4 I noticed a car queued for service. What amazed me though, is despite the vast amount of working pumps, most of these didn't have fuel attendants at them, which either means customers park their cars there when they enter the store, meaning flow through clients like myself don't get served, or there were simply not enough attendants on site to service the large amount of customers. Either way, the situatiton equates to poor service and poor impressions. I will remember this as an unreliable station and assume the same for the other Engen across the highway.As a side note, I've experienced largely poor (and even highly dangerous, life threatening) service from 4 of the 5 Engen stations I've visited In this area. Seems like slow, terrible or non service are Engen's specialties, with indifferent management and support.

Really impressed with the service I received from their nightshift Supervisor Michael. My fleet card declined late yesterday and he was very helpful and present the entire time. The attendant Stoffel was very friendly and kept me entertained even after his shift to ensure I get the correct assistance.

Place is neat and clean as always.Staff very friendly and eager to assist.Fresh Woolworth food in the shop.Wimpy also located inside with a out of service ABSA ATM that did not help when I needed to draw money.Regularly stop here every second week to get snacks for the little one for school with a variety to chose from.

I'm so glad to be at wimpy highveld 1stop,I've found good service from one of the cashier's by the name of Jane,She has a smile, excellent service,I'm so impressed by helping with her.
