DON'T USE THIS POSTNET.!!!I sent a parcel down recently and it was given to someone else. This Postnet doesn't check for details or any information. The contents are not cheap. And my sister loses her Christmas present. These people are thieves. I even had the person who took the parcel message me. Saying they took the parcel and will return it. Then they fade away. When you message them again then they want bank details to reimburse you. Instead of returning it. Stay away from this place. The chances are not worth it. I warned you!!! Your parcels are not safe in their hands!!!!

Poor communication when they lost our parcel. Thier numbers weren't going through. Very disgusting

Very helpful and friendly staff and a clean, practical layout. I've used Yacoob's service a few times, sending and collecting and have yet to have a problem. Quick efficient service is hard to find these days, but I highly recommend Yacoob and his team.

I PAY FOR OVERNIGHT SERVICE ON WEDNESDAY FROM DURBAN TO EAST LONDEN.I AM PROMISED THAT THE PARCEL WILL ARRIVE ON fRIDAY.THE PARCEL DOES NOT ARRIVE IN EAST LONDEN.SCOTTBURGH POSTNET ASSURES ME IT IS IN TRANSIT AND WILL STILL ARRIVE IN EAST LONDEN FOR COLLECTION.EAST LONDEN HOWEVER CONFIRMS THAT THE PARCEL WAS ONLY DISPATCHED ON FRIDAY MORNING.PATHETIC!

The most unprofessional branch I have ever dealt with. I booked a courier service to collect my passport from Pretoria on Monday 27 September after paying for it was given no tracking number, was told the Manager would get back to me. She herself started helping me when I first got there but then she got involved learning more about their new copier with the Canon Technician who was there, she should have looked after her Clients first. When I followed up in the week with the Embassy they told me the passport had not been collected, so I called and spoke to the Owner who followed up with the Manager that they had not yet booked the courier as passports only get collected at certain times which is totally wrong. Eventually the Owner assured me it would be in Scottburgh by Thursday or Friday the latest.It’s now Saturday 2 October, no passport and no body has even called from the branch to give me an update.Good Luck to anyone using their service because I certainly won’t be back.

NB: This review is based solely on their courier service facility.If you need prompt, reliable, courier services then, based on my experience, I definitely do not recommend using Postnet ScottburghIf I could have given them zero stars I would have - one star is too high a rating, based on my first (and last!) deplorable experience...To summarise:1. Envelope handed in before 13h00 on a Monday was not sent out by Courier that day (despite my paying R185 and the slip being ticked as overnight delivery")2. Envelope was only collected by the Courier approximately 30 hours later and this only after I made numerous calls to PostNet Scottburgh

Sent a police clearance in March 2021 . Was advised to pay cash (R800) for the quickest delivery time. (Estimated 2weeks)It's now December , nothing was received. I didn't even receive confirmation that my package was delivered.Very poor communication from management about the follow up process.I have tried calling on numerous occasions, no one picks up .The validity of a clearance is 6months . Taking almost 9 months for delivery!Postnet scottburgh, please improve your services..Used to be #1 delivery service in Scottburgh, sadly that title has been removed.
