I'm very disappointed at the service I received at this store. I felt very unwelcomed by staff members and was told that if I don't plan on purchasing anything I should leave as they would rather let someone else waiting outside in. I get that making as much sales as possible are critical to all businesses throughout this pandemic. But I didn't even get the chance to properly choose a nail color or product without being interrogated to 'purchase or leave'. If I wasn't treated that poorly and wasn't being rushed I would 100% have purchased something. I will not be recommending this store to anyone.

Sorry but I really was upset after my visit yesterday. I normally buy but yesterday I took a friend she needed some supplies. Rather provide customers with gloves if you don't like them to touch your stuff with their bare hands. Treat all people as customers not potential crooks. The rudeness and the hostility was felt even if you guys were just trying to contain it under breath. Go online instead of having a shop if you can't deal with people..

I went there this week to buy products for the first time so i needed a little help which i never got plus the two Woman that were there were so mean to me and my family . I just needed some help so i asked and the lady just looked at me . Im new to this and trying to pay for UCT with my nails and i travel really far to come to a place were the people are so rude??No love for nails just a hate my life vibe from them.If i could give no stars i would.
