Ignite Fitness Milnerton

Do not trust Ignite fitness, when signing up with them I specifically told them I only want a 12 month contract as I'm moving, the sales person insured me that they will not try and catch you out when trying to cancel your contact. supposedly they give you 3 months FREE at the expiry of your contract, what they do not tell you is when you try cancel your contract you will be charged for those so called FREE" months. They do not keep their end of the agreement

The best gym I have been to. I love the range of equipment, atmosphere, the staff and the music is always great! Highly recommend this for anyone who wants to really have fun working out..

Use to love this gym, so accessible for everyone. Even with the occasional equipment breakdown it's always a pleasure going there, HOWEVER their admin office definitely need to learn something about customer service. 2 Weeks ago my debit order didn't go off, on their request I made an immediate manual payment, of which proof was send to then, 3 times! After witch they attempt to deduct money again. Even after the payment almost 2 weeks ago my gym card is still blocked!They are so quick to block you but when they need to deliver there is no service. I've send them numerous emails now, NO REPLY!I think this gives me ample of grounds to cancell my contract. Sorry Ignite we don't compromise with service. Great service from your front desk staff but unfortunately your backend staff spoiled the relationship.

Go regularly, enjoy pilates and yoga classes, they should definitely invest in generators tho

Honestly a great gym, I started as a newbie and I still am as it has only been a month so far. I used to be afraid of going to gym cuz of the fear that I'll get judged by others but everyone is helpful and kind and nobody makes fun of you or let's you feel like you're worth less. It's also cheaper than virgin active and it's still decent in size. One issue is that it takes a while for equipment to get repaired when it breaks but there is enough working equipment for it to not hold U up

This place rocks!! Best gym for all types of training. Sport based, functional or bodybuilding. It's got it all

Very nice gym and quite clean too. Sometimes machines are out of order, but thankfully there are many others to use or free weights to use.
