Worst customer service ever received. The guy we dealing with is absolutly rude. We took in a watch to get a quotation on repairs. 2 weeks later still NO feedback.We had to phone about 20 times before someone answered the phone and now they telling me I need to wait another month (although I only requested a QUOTATION)When I advised to the guy that I did not request the repairs and that he was only supposed to give me a quote all he had to say there's nothing I can do now

A shop that has been owned by an elderly couple. They have been in the mall for 15 years, married for 43 years!A lovely and warm place. If you ever need anything watch related I suggest you go there. They are so friendly, you’ll have a nice conversation with the two of them.What a lovey couple! And still going strong!

It took over 2 weeks for my watch to be repaired. I initially came for a battery replacement and the glass got broken whilst they were replacing it. I tried calling and texting and never got a clear reason why it was taking so long. On top of that, the man that I was communicating with is unprofessional in the way he addressed me and has no manners. They even wanted to charge me for the glass THEY broke at some point. However, the old man and his daughter are nice people.Very disappointed with customer service.

Horrible customer service. Been waiting over 2 weeks for feedback on my watch. They do not awnser their phones at all. And the man is so so Rude. He doesn't care what his clients want or need

Horrible service!!!!! They completely scratched my brand new watch all I want was for it to be resized not completely destroyed and they saying I damaged it when I clearly brought it in brand new scratch free honestly really bad service and bad workmanship and terrible customer service and DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

My wife took her watch in for repairs and we just didn't hear back from them. When we went in to ask what the delay was they said it should be arriving the next Monday. Monday came and went and still no word from them almost a week after. I called many times but the number just rings and no one picks up. Really guys, this is not how you treat customers! I am very disappointed.
