Great service.

DISGUSTED. Staff were unhelpful and made me PAY for this atrocious print, saying it WASN'T THEIR PRINTER'S PROBLEM. (Another print shop printed my designs perfectly).This is unacceptable! I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Will absolutely be doing all my Postnet stuff here from now on. Potego has been such a pleasure to deal with both times I've gone. The service here is fantastic. Thank you for running such an efficient and friendly postnet

Staff there is quite turned on

The worst service. Their cellphone number doesn't work. They never attend to email request nor do they respond to their Whatsapp account. This could easily be the worst managed PostNet Branch in the North.

What an unprofessional little branch! The employees there aren't aligned to their processes or how things should be done. Wasted 30 minutes of my time and airtime trying to collect a simple parcel...aarggh!

Quick service

The lady by the name of Petronella, was rude. We came to the store at 12:30 on Sunday 12 March 2023, and the store had a few clients, we waited in line to be assisted.Then we explained that we wanted to printout a document, fill it out, then scan and email it.While we were filling out the forms she was talking to her friend about going to a baby shower and that she is late. She then told us that we were taking too long to fill out the forms and the store policy says if a client walks into the the store 30mins before closing time they should just print or scan documents not fill them out and waste time.We managed to quickly fill in the forms. We then asked her to scan and email it and she started telling us about how unfair we are being to her as she is going somewhere and we are delaying her, at that time it was 13:00 after explaining to her, she scanned and emailed the documents to us.She told us to leave the store as we will get the email when we get home, I explained that it was important documents and couldn't leave it to chance. She got agitated and started cashing up. I told her that we still have not received the email, and asked if she can send them to us via WhatsApp, she said she is really in a hurry and needs to go.
