The first time you walk into this mammoth dealership you are impressed on many levels!! The bikes, the clothing and the atmosphere is only eclipsed by the friendliness and competence of the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone with adventure in their blood.

Beautiful bikes and showroom. Salesmen, however… I was literally talking to one and he saw another( apparently more affluent) customer he walked away and boom not to be seen again.. unfortunately only ducati dealership in the country, this place won’t see me again.

Ducati bikes are great, best buy I ever made however, from this dealership they put the brand name down. Having bought one of their bikes online and not testing it, assuming nothing would be wrong with it, I mean it is Ducati from Ducati. Sadly the front brake discs were warped causing a jerk to the final stop point, highly uncomfortable. Fortune for them I had only got to the bike months after returning home so returning to rectify the fault was beyond that point. Not the type of professionalism expected from a highly reputable brand.

Nice bikes but poor customer service.. client services make promises they don’t keep. Just get ready to feel like you are at an entry level bike dealership not expect premium service.
