My 6 month old bubs 1st lesson was horrible with this male instructor who was completely ignoring my baby and her father and very attentive to the other family that discrimination broke my heart, he was comparing my 6 month old with the other 1year old baby ignoring the fact she does not even sit or crawl yet and eventually made her cry and the next lesson we met Vanessa, oh my god she is so lovely and treated my child equally and was so kind and attentive, she made her smile and my bub enjoys her time in water and has already started showing signs of progress.I have only given 5 stars for Vanessa and I am glad I did not give up after the 1st horrible lesson. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Vanessa.

My two kids have been this center more than 4 years, i need to say excellent swimming teachers and customer’s’ service. Have no issue for these 4 years. Kids enjoyed, and parents satisfied.However, it totally changed in these two weeks in customers’ service team. Called and emailed for help to do absent class, so late replying back and every team member told different answers, so ridiculous! Customer service team need to well training, especially the customer service manager Danielle need to be professional training. And She only can accept she talked over customers, otherwise she said that’s no respect to her. Please, be professional.

This should be public Sports recreational facilities supported by government. However it is infact tied to the gambling centre which has wielded its ill-gotten financial power to tie itself to community facilities such as this and the theatre. On certain draw nights you can't get parking near the facility because all the parking is consumed for long periods the RSL incentivises the local community and attend their facility for long periods of time. The parking and membership cards between these facilities should be separated.

The security lady there is too rude and she tried to open the family change door today while my kids were changing clothes because we were late by one minute. While there were other people the changing rooms. But the security came to me only because she notified me earlier that they close at 5pm Sunday. So, she went so personal to prove herself. My kids were to scared from her act. Too rude and disrespectful manner to the customers.

My daughter attends swimming lessons here every sunday, and all the instructors we've had have been so great with her and always praise her enthusiasm and excitement.

Have been a member for 1+ year.Not all reception staff are friendly, likewise not all staff are rude. Depends on your luck on that day.Child attends swimming lessons, some teachers are better than others. But all are good.Some of their gymnastics teachers are too young & tend to not focus on individual child. Parents’ Seating area for viewing is very nice.The swimming pool’s changing rooms need more cleaning; floor is always dirty , slippery with lots of hair.

Money only swimming. 30 mins swimming training for 1 child per week. In that 30 mins they training around 5 kids at the same time. So generally we paying 17+ $ for 6 mins swimming class. Only 3 private changing rooms which never ever available.

Very helpful and kind staffJake is an absolute star. He was wonderful at helping me book swimming lessons for my kids, he was very professional and knew what he was doing.Alfred has amazing customer service skills.

My friend and I went for a swim she is disabled and carried a walking stick we asked the lifeguards Ethan for a noodle, his response was very rude and said no we can not supply and if she needs one she should not be using the pool, I found that appalling, I asked if we can pay a deposit for the noodle and still they would not provide one even if we paid for one, they asked the office girls and also the supervisor and also they declined to help so we had to leave. I would never ever return how could they treat a disabled person that way i could not believe it.

The area is clean but it has too strong chlorine smell in the pool area.Receptionist is also not very friendly.
