A quaint elegant jewellery store situated right opposite the Stellendal Guest House. Amazing collection service is wonderful. Had a special ring made for my daughter in rose gold, an imperial red topaz and diamonds and a pendant to match. The quality is excellent and well priced. Will have all my jewellery made by them in future. Great job guys.

Lovely jewellery, reasonable price. I got an amethyst necklace for my mums birthday on a tight time frame before I left Cape Town and they were really accommodating via whatsapp. Excellent customer service

This wasn't you average trip to a store.... It was an experience! What stunning owners. So helpful, knowledgeable and so sweet. The Jewellery is BEAUTIFUL! They make you feel like a princess and I almost didn't want to leave. They have the patience of saints! Their Jewellery can be customized to whatever you need. They have a gorgeous website too, but if in the area, pop in and treat yourself. I am in awe of my ring I bought there. So different, so meaningful and the bling factor is on point!

I had such a great experience and would highly recommend Victoria's Jewellery. Recently I had the misfortune of losing an earring, I was absolutely devastated as it had been a gift. I knew it was from Victoria's but couldn't find it on their online site and also didn't want to have to buy 2 just to replace the 1. I thought all hope was lost but decided to try anyway and sent an email. Drikus responded almost immediately and was so incredibly kind and helpful, he confirmed the size from when my mom had gotten them and within the hour I had managed to order a single stud. The customer service was incredible and it really was so easy and quick, I really had such a great experience. My earring arrived today and it is perfect, it is like I never lost it.

Wonderful, fantastic, personal service!! I ordered a piece on Friday and it was delivered today. It came in a pretty little package, with a cute thank you card handwritten to me. I love that personal touch! The only reason i didn't give 5/5 is i was expecting the actual ring to be a bit bigger but i do look forward to ordering more pieces in the future and thank you for your lovely service :)

After searching for a good pair of peridot studs for a friend, I found them online at Victoria's. I needed them in a short space of time (shorter than the already short delivery times :)), and they did not disappoint. I got unparalleled personal service, they went the extra mile and pulled all the necessary strings to get it to me on time. More than that, the receiver of the gift was so delighted by the quality of the product. The colour was brilliant and beautiful. Lastly, the handwritten notes are so personal and such a breath of fresh air compared to all the other deliveries you would get. So happy to have dealt with Drikus and the team and will definitely order again - what a pleasure to do business with them!
