I have been buying here for over 15 years and their service is excellent. The gold quality is also one of the best in Durban for the price range. All the gold that I bought is 100% real gold and not mixed with anything.

No contact number on website. Google store contact does not exist.

Don't shop here! The staff is rude and have no care for customer satisfaction. My story is long just to briefly detail, after my complaint I was told I could go in and do a refund. I went in today and was ambushed with why did I complain u could have told us ect. These 2 women are insisting my husband had chosen the necklace himself when that is my initial problem and questioning me to ask where my husband is and why he did not come and all this after I'd gone in and decide not to return but to go ahead and purchase the other necklace that I wanted so they had a don't care attitude and whilst cashing up I had to answer their questions. The vehicle I'd gone with had almost had an accident and my neck got sprained so I wasn't myself or I would have given a fitting reply. Don't buy from this shop they have no Integrity or sense of professionalism!

Very poor at online sales. After paying for an order last week including courier delivery at R150 extra, no delivery or follow-up from Eldorado a week later, despite the order being noted as urgent. No response to emails. Called three times today to both Beachview Mall and Berea branches. Told jewellery has been sent, but no tracking number. Come on Eldorado. If you can't provide a competent online sales service, don't offer it. Very disappointed first time customer.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Eldorado Jewellers (Berea). I was unable to visit there store so I shopped online and emailed them queries and questions, to which they responded timeously. Poobashnee was very helpful. I made my purchase and the goods were couriered to me in very good condition. Unfortunately , I had a problem with the size of 1 product and Eldorado Jewellers, without any hestitation, they let me purchase another and allowed me to courier the product I had an issue with back to them with a full refund. The products are value for money!!

End link which clips the chain together fell of which can been seen proper soldering hasn't been done staff insists it's my flaut ask me to pay 150 for a repair and says best 100to repair u have pay more for something that's not done correct? Quality
