This store uses underhanded tactics to force you to buy from them, My dad took a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 from them with the welcome pack which included a R500 voucher that is valid at all participating stores but Simply Mobile refuse to hand over the voucher unless a case is taken from their store.

This Vodacom approved dealership provides excellent customer care, a wide range of prepaid cellular handsets, Vodacom contracts, upgrades and cellular accessories. The customer service was amazing!
