Stunning happy people. Fantastic service. Wheelchair friendly but no toilets. The toilets are public and the stalls are very small. I don't recall seeing a wheelchair toilet stall. The toilets are situated on the 2nd floor there is a lift. Suggest you phone for appointment as they are very busy.

just had the most amazing experience today, My old and trusted hairdresser bailed for OZ so now how to find a new hair dresser? Been through many, but on the weekend i went shopping at the Chartwell Corner centre (btw centre now so great) and I saw how great peoples hair look coming out of the Craft shop, so I thought lets give it a try. Sharon sorted me, and what a great result, she finally got to the hair colour i could not get others to take the adventure. Result so great, both me and Sharon were so exited with the end result. On top of it all, really down to earth non pretentios I really enjoyed the ambiance. Great team! Thanks Sharon and co. Annerie

The team is amazing and very professional. They are also very considerate and cater the service to your individual needs. Austin is also amazing especially with my type of hair (thick and curly). Excellent service overall
