Activ8 is the best private rehab gym in the area. You get personal care without masses of people around you. If you are getting back from an injury Anna is the best person to see. She takes her time to develop and excellent rehab program for you. Mia then takes you after your injury is healed to carry on with your strength exercises and prevent further injuries. :) I would highly recommend them.

Mia is THE best personal and group trainer you will ever have the privilege of meeting. She is kind, she is caring, she is professional and extremely knowledgeable. She will be your guide, your supporter, your champion and your mental and physical therapist. She works with all shapes and sizes and fitness levels, but she is particularly talented in helping those of us with aches and pains or dodgy bits. She has literally and figuratively changed my life for the better.

The service was friendly and professional, yet personal. Venue very well set up. Equipment suited to rehab work. Covid hygiene measures are in place. Prices reasonable. Enough parking. The app for accessing rehab exercises worked flawlessly. I'm looking forward to the rest of the rehab journey.
