Very poor service received from Print a Point in Parkhurst. Send them Architectural Plans to print with a half a day lead time and the morning off my presentation it was still not printed. They did not even contact me to advise on any problem, just a Oh you didn't specify the size" well if you were a proper printing company then you would know that the PDF is in the size I want the drawings and I have specified this on delivery of my USB personally.WONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PRINTS READY IN TIME."

Unreliable, rude, and unprofessional.I wanted new business cards and spent around 20 minutes at the shop with a friendly assistant (she is the reason this place gets 2 stars instead of only 1!). She showed me samples, took down all my specifications and asked me to send her the design by email, which I did.But nobody ever got back to me.When I called two days later, the manager said she would send a quote at a time when she would “do all the quotes”. Then I never heard from her again.Looks like they are not interested in my business, which I will take elsewhere.
