Finished a course two years ago with no cerification to date. Im unable to reach anyone at the head office with a valid reason as to whybi have not received my paper work. Really sad that i wasted a year of my life

I get what they're trying to do but it doesn't work. The premises are not bad, but most of the staff are in serious need of customer service training! Oh the irony, considering they're a training company. There are a few people working here who are absolute gems - but that's a drop in the ocean.

Poorly prepared on the day of the test with internet not working. No back-up systems in place. Rather take you exams at other designated venues.
