Despite not having actually bought anything I am blown away by the service I received. Amith had quoted me for a set of printing on vinyl and for some plastic board. He also promised me to get it done by the next day. This was rushed so he rather referred me to his printing supplier to go direct thereby losing out on his mark-up and the sale of the board. We have received out printing and boards from the supplier and are very happy.

Shocking customer service. One stands around for 10 minutes to enquire about pricing, while the two salesmen have a fat chat about their plans for the weekend; only to have the next customer through the door be attended to before you. This is not the Perspex World of old where the customer was appreciated rather than being treated like a distraction. Poor form!!

I would not recommend that any woman go to this shop by herself. The men that helped me either made such inappropriate comments & jokes, or others treated me like I was clueless because they assume I know nothing of the materials I'm ordering, simply because I'm a woman. It made me so uncomfortable every time. It was humiliating.
