They don't pack all the things you have bought in a bag that is the appropriate size, refuse to give you a bigger or another bag, and also refuse to sell you a bag. I carried my KFC the 5 min walk home, and it all fell out on my way there.Also why is this the only KFC that does not give you nugget sauce?They jst don't care, because they have no competition in the area.Do better!

Why do they close during loadshedding. Leaving me to have to drive all the put to plumstead for a meal. Loadshedding was done around 8 and I haven't been able to get through to them via call to find out if they are indeed open after Loadshedding between 8.30 and 10pm. Dying for a delivery. Sad and going hungry...

Very bad service and when buying takeaways you'll always find something short and food is not as good as out of hout bay KFC's

The restaurant is never available on Mr Delivery. And staff are always quick to turn customers back if there will be load shedding (they turn you back before it even starts). Such a disappointment really.

The staff do everything they can in the most difficult of load shedding circumstances... I hadn't cash and a kind customer bought me a burger., such a kind stranger and the staff were so happy to see this . So yum. Great experience.. Please install solar KFC so these great staff don't eventually lose their jobs..

Shocking service, waited forever for food yet shopping was empty. I eventually cancelled my order as food was taking to long. I waited 20 minutes........ still no food. Never ever will we stop at houtbay KFC again.

I went there while it was not so busy so the experience was really great. No delays, the store was clean and staff quite friendly.

They have really improved tremendously! I used to always complain about this branch and would prefer eating at the plumstead branch. But now I enjoy it more, and ordering through the app and collecting in store allows me to skip the line and get out of the store within 5 minutes. If its extremely busy and I order through the app might take a little longer to get out of the store but it's much better than waiting in the long line. So my tip is to definitely get the app and order through it.

It's the only fast food joint in Hout Bay. It is what it is. They are closed during load shedding. Food tastes like all other KFC.
