Rui the opperations manager completly lets this business down, his customer service is aphauling on top of being lazy and treating his staff with no respect just sad to see when leaders in the work space are the weak link of the business due to arrogance.I gave 4 stars because despite poor leadership Donovan goes over and beyond for the customer and truly is exemplary when it comes to customer service. He is an absolute legend and I would deal with him any day. If anything he deserves a promotion based on merit and attitude.Rui, please take notes from Donovan I'm sure you could learn a lot.
