What an experience, kids looooved it. Lots of variety to do from jungle gyms to trampolines, sponge pits, driving around with cars and absolute safety all whilst enjoying something to eat or drink at one of the plenty tables available. Also plenty of help for all the kids standing at the ready

Fun, fun, fun...huge play area for kids. Different themes allow kids to experience a make believe world of there own. Food menu is awesome. Food is very tasty and very affordable. Kids can enjoy play in a safe environment while parents can enjoy something to eat and drink. Definitely the place to take your kiddos.

The ideal place to have your kids birthday party. There are quite a lot of exciting entertainment for kids. Mums and dads can have a refreshing drink and a bite to eat while the children enjoy themselves.The place is very clean and can accommodate a lot of people.The food on the menu is ok. The service of the waiters are very quick.We were a large group and some of the food orders did not reached the correct people or wasnt prepared as ordered.Because of the number of people the were there I still think they've done a great job.There are lots of parking but we had to park outside in the pavement.It's definitely worthwhile to consider for the next birthday.

Great place to take your kids with endless fun for them to chose from.If it wasn't for the lack in customer service at the restaurant, I'd probably have given a 5 star.The restaurant's service was very poor. Drinks were given to adults in cans without glasses, food was served without condiments (I stood up and got them myself). Overall it was just unpleasant. The gentleman that took the orders was the only one that came to the table with a smile, the rest of the staff all came to and from the table looking like they're in a big rush and had no form of personal interaction with the customers.The food was good but not great. We ordered the Jalapeno and Meaty pizza and both were very dry and overcooked, the cheese on top was already rock hard. I know this is a place for kids and food is not their forte, but if you're going to serve food for kids and adults, at least make sure that both age gaps are satisfied with the quality that is usually met with catering for the two. So yes, very disappointed in the restaurant.We will go back to PlayTown in future, but I think we'll skip the restaurant. :)

A child’s play haven and an escape for many parents. Brilliant idea. Nice menu with well thought-out eats and drinks at competitive prices. The bottomless hot drinks are a fantastic bonus, if you love your cappuccino, like we do. If your children are still small, I would suggest that you check out the menu before you go, because once you are there, the kids really keep you busy. Wonderful venue for a kiddie birthday party.

Great place for the kids to play. There is so much to do. It gets pretty busy on weekends so best to book before you go. Didn't eat here, no Halaal Food Options available.

First of all, our 2 and a ½ year old daughter loved the place. After 2 hours of going crazy, she was tired and fell asleep within 2 mins of driving home.On the food side, think there is over commitment on the quality of the food. I'd recommend, reduce the options, and do those reduced items well.My wife ordered eggs benedict and I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese burger with some extra beef.The best thing of the eggs benedict was the fried tomato garnish on the side. The hash brown provided was some chunky mess that tasted slightly uncooked still. The poached eggs were overcooked. The menu said brioche buns, but we got a normal stale toasted bun. The choice of bacon was also not great as it made a dish which is supposed to be a delicate tasteful dish, hard to cut and eat.On the burger itself, initially I thought it was OK, but perhaps I was just hungry. The beef seemed to be a bit more on the chewy side, might be preprocessed burgers. The basting completely took away the beef flavour, or that was the idea because of the lack thereof. The bun was a bit stale as well with the same bacon used in the egg benedict. My current verdict is about a 3 out of 10 on the burger.The coffee was OK, the first cup was bitter and tasted like it was reheated from or mixed with coffee from the previous day. The second cup was much better and tastes like fresher coffee. One would expect fresh coffee each time as there is a coffee roaster just up the road with great tasting freshly made coffee.Overall, we didn't go for the food and we won't go there for the food in the future. Our daughter played her heart out and loved it. Because of this, we'll definitely go again.

Great place for bored kids. Very spacious and lots to do, so many activities. Food and drinks also available. Relatively clean, good customer service and great value for money. We booked online, highly recommended.

Playtown what a lovely place to take your kids to have a lot of imaginative fun. There's not a second to be bored and they are so reasonably priced. It is so good to see a place like this that supports the community in this day and age. They provide a service for mums that just need a break. Where you can drop off your kid and they take care of them for you while you take a break. Absolutely love this place. Friendly staff. Great place and my kids love it

Food is really excellent however service was lacking as our mains came before our starters other than that enjoyable experienceToys and equipment need a good wipe downSuited for kids around 3+. Baby area was quite limited
