Hands down the best Psychologist I have met. I highly recommend Dr. Lize to anyone looking for an empathetic, insightful & professional psychologist. She is truly concerned about improving her patients well-being. She has helped me deal with troubling and painful issues. She provides me with tools to work on independently to further enhance my mental wellbeing, and overcome my pain. I am in a much a better place since I started the therapy sessions.

I suffer from severe depression. Dr Lize is there for me when the black dog is at the door. She is not only caring and understanding but has a lot of experience and techniques to deal with different issues. And it works. She is my favorite ‘shrink’.

I have been working with Dr Lize for a few years. While living in South Africa and even now while I live abroad. Dr Lize has been with me on a journey through very high highs, and some very low lows. Taking care of your mental health is the most important thing a person can do and Dr Lize has helped and continues to help me regularly. It helps to have someone to just talk to sometimes and Dr Lize is that person I choose to talk too, good or bad.My journey will continue with Dr Lize no matter where I find myself in the world.

Dr LIze is a truly natural psychologist. She is incredibly insightful and caring and always goes the extra mile when further help is needed. Because of her extensive knowledge in dealing with trauma in its many forms, she is able to achieve results and give advice that go way beyond the norm.
