Want to report that I fell at the Dischem at Fleurdal mall on 26 November 2021 after my foot got stuck to the carpet at the entrance. The floor manager Mr Fred van Eeden did not even bother to come and ask me if I'm Ok. It should have been his priority as I was walking with crutches after a hip replacement. This is bad customer service. I am reporting this on this platform that after requesting them to remove the carpet my request was ignored. Hopefully I did not damage any prosthesis.

Fantastic store with great variety and prices, however, management could really do with some guidance from other busy stores and provide adequate staff for the dispensary section. Having a single lady run off her feet resulted in a number of customers simply giving up and going elsewhere for otc products.

On visiting this chemist to get my pain perscription the on pharmacist took her time, to get a perscription ready. More than 5 people were waiting, but she did not once look up or did something to speed her action up. One lady told me you have to have time when you wait there .because

Dear Fleurdal Dischem please fix your phone lines and attach an email address to your website. The options to press 1 or 2 does not work and when the line goes through to a consultant it hangs up!!! I need to book a clinic appointment!
