Excellent value and quality. Estie has an amazing talent and technique. She has great stamina and strength and able to work out all the stubborn knots. I recommend at least 90 mins. I’ve made Ruan and Estie my regular treat. It really helps with my balance of gym and work stress.

Their massages are so refreshing. At first it's a bit painful if you have alot of tension.But the ladies were keep checking on us ro make sure we are comfortable. We went for the sauna session as well. Very clean place and humble staff. You may have to park across the street. We will definitely be back in a few months.

Amazing massage! Never felt this relaxed. Knots were untied that I didn't even know I had. Feel more satisfied than after any physio appointment. Might go again
