One week later and I am still waiting for Neels to get back to me on a repair request I emailed him about. I cannot comment on the service as I never received any - I will take my business elsewhere ( all 85 aircons that needs servicing) - if you can not even answer an email regarding work for you I can only imagine how your quality of work would be.......

Poor quality aircons takes weeks to have a problem resolved, parts are way more expensive that the bigger brands out there
