This morning I had to let my baby boy Nolsie go to Heaven. It was very hard for me while holding my baby in my arms. I would like to Thank the Vet for taking such good care of my baby, and a huge thank you to Doctor that spoke to my child like a human being and the love and care. I miss my baby so much but I know he is pain free and waiting for me in heaven. Till we meet again my baby Bonolo xoxo Daddy loves and hugs you forever, not forgetting and always in my heart xoxo

Took my cat here to check out a lump , Vet told us she is pregnant so we waited and realised after some time that the lump is getting bigger and not going away and decided to get a second opinion only to find out that our cat had cancer and by then it had spread to the intestines already so it wasn’t possible to cut it out and we put her on medication as it was the most effective way to treat it, now our cat has to be put down because someone is too incompetent to do their job, for anyone thinking of taking their pets here please think twice this was the worst possible experience ever!Please guys this Vet does not deserve to be practicing it is actually disgusting.

Can't even open the gate 2 Min after.dont answer emergency numbers just watch you standing outside with your per needing emergency attention.I want them to explain to my daughter that we rushed 20 Min for no reason

Wish I could give more than 5 stars.Best personal service. My dog Ruby was well looked after.Cages are clean and warm.Dr Jaco is the best of the best. Indeed one of a kind.Thank you for exceptional service which did not cost an arm and a leg! **********
