Took my mom on a surprise spa date as it was my first. She was quite impressed as she has gone to other spa’s before and said this treatment was one of the best she’s had out of the others. I would recommend anyone to give this place a try. Friendly staff, beautiful and clean facility’s. Excellent service !!

What an awesome team. I went and a a full body massage to sort out my back. My therapist was amazing. Good strong hands and got rite into the neck muscles.The treatment was so good I returned 2 days later and booked a 90 min treatment

I have booked a hot Stone massage today for my partner and the least I can say is that I am extremely disappointed by Sapphir SPA. These are our comments:- Very bad reception (no welcome, no smile, no name introduction)- There is only one person working at the Spa. It is the same person that does the massage, make the bookings and stand at the reception. You can feel that the person is in the rush- My partner asked the masseuse to switch the airconditionning off during the session et she was switching in and off at all the time without thinking that she was getting cold- The hot stone massage is supposed to be 75minutes. My partner only got 60minutes- At the end of the massage, my partner was having a look at the price and service list at reception and the masseuse asked her to take a pictures and to look at it at home without even asking if she had any questionYou can find much better Spa in Cape Town .
