Helpful, always go out of their way to get the admin of the claim. Very kind and gentle with my granddaughter that also have learning issues. Mikaela, is an amazing person with such a good nature and have a way to work with patients.

Mikela is amazing she is so patient and accommodation, from start to finish which has taken over a year due to medical aid issues and indecisiveness on my Moms side, she has stuck through it all with a smile on her face and a warmth that you know she cares for her patients. I would highly recommend Mikela she is fantastic and is always ready to go the extra mile.
