I have used many pet sitters and thought I would try Pet Sitters Cape Town out. I was hugely disappointed with the lack of response and disinterest from this company. I contacted them in early September 2022 to book a pet sitter for one month in May 2023. It seems like Pet Sitters Cape Town is unable to accommodate someone that plans well in advance for their dog to be well taken care of during their month-long absence. In response to my online enquiry, Faith contacted me, asked for further details. I provided them the same day. She said she'd arrange a meet and greet. Two weeks later, no word from her. Contacted her again. She indicated approximate timing for a meet and greet. One week past that updated timing, no word from Faith. Contacted her again. Her response. No, she can't accommodate my request. I contacted Carol to try and get her to put someone else on the booking. She stated Unfortunately
