Received a fibreglass pool with an absolute terrible finish. We were promised and fooled into thinking they would be in this week to sort out the mess. Easylife pools simply turned their phones off leaving us with no solution to their junk they supplied us. A warning to all, stay away.

Easylife Pools tricked us in believing that they could deliver a pool in a week's time after a 50% deposit. The pool arrived 6 weeks later after numerous promises off next week. The pool aventually arrived. It had cracks, fixes of old cracks and a leak. We also ordered all the accessories from them but on delivery the dv board/timer was not included. They promised to send it the next week... We are still waiting for it 5 weeks later. They don't answer my calls after numerous attempts to get the controller I paid for but never received. Their product quality is poor and their service is none existing. It seems that they steal to...
