What great service, with a broken sliding door late in the afternoon they were at my house within 20 minutes and had the glass replaced before the end of the day. Friendly and fast service. They answered every question I had with patience, even after my 5th call to ask something else. On arrival I was greeted warmly and my driver's side window was replaced within 20 mins. Best service I have experienced in a while!

After 4.5hours of waiting, the team still has not pitched to replace our window, with no communication from Glasfit at all. I had to call the shop and follow up when the team are coming. After communicating my unhappiness earlier today, I was promised the team will show @ +/- 13:00. 1.5 hours later, with no communication from the shop, once again, the team still has not pitched.
