Hey Guys – Garett & Storm.I'm absolutely loving your online fitness posts – so generous of you, that we can access these not just live but also for a while afterwards on Instagram!Not sure if I can visit and chat re my fitness qualifications after this weird and challenging time – stretch/Swiss ball, exercise in pregnancy, long-distance marathon running (Two Oceans Ultra/Comrades), barre class fan (I see you have some of the BEST barre instructors working for you).I have a little one, Connor, just turned 4.Anyhow, I work mainly in the media/public relations industry. Aim being to get maximum exposure for clients. I think we should do a piece on the importance of staying fit + staying in a positive mindset for our kids?These articles could have universal appeal. Really beautiful location and great workout schedule. I love the Mountain View from the terrace.

Best part of the gym is I, as a student, also get to experience every second of the workout from the floor below. Incredibly thoughtful of them!
