Amended review: Thanks Owner for your reply. I think you missed the point. The non-issue is the advertised product on the site that is no longer stocked, which can be understood. The real frustration is the refund process! I have emailed the banking details in September and again in November. These emails have not been acknowledged even though this is what I requested. Furthermore, when I queried the duration of this process initially by a telephone call in October, I was told to be patient as it is being handled. Next on my follow-up email later that month there was an apology on reply without any reasoning and the “accounts department with get back to me asap” as the query was sent to them, however, silence followed from RSAmade. Finally after another prompting check up email from me about the progress in November, I got a promise that the matter “has been escalated to the MD and he will make sure this is processed”, and a negative Google review (as you can’t give less than 1 star) resulting purely out of frustration, more than a week has passed since I have resent the requested banking details, but still no further update on when this horrid process will be concluded. No explanation, no phone call or email to placate the anger and frustration, no answers. Pure lack of any customer service from your company. Not making this South African proud.
